Ingredients

  • 3 Ounces More Spice Brisket

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 Tablespoons Butter

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 1 Large Burrito Tortilla

  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Take 1 tablespoon of butter and cook scrambled eggs in skillet. Season with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning.
  2. In large tortilla, put down the cheese, brisket and eggs.
  3. Roll up the tortilla to make a burrito.
  4. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet and toast all sides of the tortilla burrito.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
