1/2 Teaspoon Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

1 Large Burrito Tortilla

1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

Directions
- Take 1 tablespoon of butter and cook scrambled eggs in skillet. Season with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning.
- In large tortilla, put down the cheese, brisket and eggs.
- Roll up the tortilla to make a burrito.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet and toast all sides of the tortilla burrito.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
