Just 30 minutes marinating and then air fried to perfection, these Air Fryer Creole Beef Kabobs by Fit Slow Cooker Queen are so easy to make and infused with amazing flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 Bottle Tony’s 30-Minute Steakhouse Marinade

  • 1 Pound Beef Sirloin, Cut into 1-Inch Cubes

  • 1 Large Red Onion, Chopped

  • 2 Bell Peppers, Chopped

  • 2 Ounces Small Button Mushrooms

  • 1 Zucchini, Cut into 1/2-Inch Rounds

  • Skewers

  • Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning, to Taste

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Start with preparing the kabobs. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before using.
  2. In a large bowl, add the cut up meat and vegetables. Pour the Tony’s Steakhouse Marinade on top of the meat and vegetables. Mix so all the ingredients are covered in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or longer for a more intense flavor.
  3. To assemble the kabobs, layer the steak and veggie pieces on the skewers. Add 2 pieces of chopped onion at the same time. Sprinkle with Tony’s seasoning. Discard the remaining marinade.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Add the prepared kabobs and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
