Ingredients

Pillsbury Grands Flakey Layers Biscuits, 8ct

2lb 80/20 ground beef
-
2 tbsp Tony Chachere’s
-
1/2 tsp paprika
-
1 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
-
4 slices American cheese
-
1 large onion
-
Pinch of Tony Chachere’s
-
Iceberg lettuce (shredded)

Pillsbury Flaky Layers Biscuits:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. If you’re using a nonstick cookie sheet, you can preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Place the biscuits on an ungreased cookie sheet, leaving 1–2 inches of space between each biscuit.
- Bake for 13–17 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Burger Patties:
- While biscuits are baking, in a larger mixing bowl combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, and Tony’s Chachere’s seasoning. Mix until well combined and divide into 8 portions shaped into the size of a golf ball.
- Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Using parchment paper, smash 4 patties in heated skillet; cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in center.
- Transfer cooked patties to plate; cover with foil to keep warm. Repeat with remaining patties balls. In the same pan add chopped white onions to the pan and sprinkle Tony’s Chachere’s seasoning- let it cook until onions become translucent.
- Transfer sautéed onions container. Place half slice of cheese onto each patty and place in the pan until cheese melts.
- Split biscuits horizontally. Drizzle mustard on top and bottom half of biscuits.
- Place a handful of lettuce on the bottom half of the biscuit, add 2 or 3 hamburger patties, top with sautéed onions and place the top layer of the biscuit.
