Ingredients

  • Brioche Buns

  • Mayo

  • Whole grain mustard

  • 1 lb Wagyu ground beef from @rcranchtx

  • Tony Chachere’s Creole-Style Burger Marinade

  • Tony Chachere’s Bold Creole Seasoning

  • Lettuce

  • Foie Gras

  • American Cheese

  • Clear

Directions

1. Fire up your @nomadgrills using @jealousdevilcharcoal Max briquettes
2. Add ground beef and 3tbsp of marinade to a bowl and mix. Let sit for 30 min
3. Toast up your brioche buns
4. Smash your burgers down and season both sides then add in cheese
5. Add on your Foie Gras and grill about a min on each side. A lot of duck fat with be released
6. Assemble your burger and enjoy!
