1 lb 10oz ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat)
1 egg, beaten
Tony’s Original Seasoning, to taste (I use about 3-4 teaspoons)
2 teaspoons garlic paste
2 teaspoons minced onion
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1 tablespoon cilantro, minced
For the Cajun Burger Sauce:
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sour cream
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon worchestire sauce
1 teaspoon Tony’s Bold Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Tomato and Cilantro Salad:
2 large tomatoes, seeds removed and diced
1 tablespoon cilantro, minced
1 teaspoon white onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
Tony’s Original seasoning, to taste
