One box Tony Chachere’s hush puppy mix

4 catfish filets
-
4 sandwich rolls

2eggs
-
Milk
-
1 lemon
-
Lettuce

Tomato

Remoulade ingredients:
-
Hot sauce
-
1 cup mayo
-
2 tbsp relish
-
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
-
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-
2 tsp hot sauce
-
1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
-
Juice from 1 lemon
-
1 tsp Tony Chachere’s original seasoning

Directions
- Combine remoulade ingredients in a bowl. Stir to combine and place in the fridge.
- Soak catfish filets in 1 cup of milk, 1 egg, juice from 1/2 a lemon, and 1 tsp of hot sauce.
- Preheat frying oil in a pot or skillet.
- Coat fish filets in Tony’s fish fry mixture.
- Make hush puppy mix according to box instructions.
- Fry fish filets until golden brown. Remove and drain grease.
- Dollop about 1 tbs of hush puppy mix into grease. Fry until golden brown. Remove and drain grease.
- Assemble sandwich using remoulade. Enjoy!
