Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenders
-
1/4 c flour
-
2 tsp paprika
-
2 tsp Tony Chachere’s Bold Creole Seasoning
-
5 tbs butter
-
1 tbs olive oil
-
2 c heavy cream
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
8 oz cooked pasta noodles
-
parsley for garnish

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, Tony’s Bold Seasoning and paprika until well combined.
- Coat the chicken in the mixture and shake off the excess flour.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbs butter and olive oil.
- Pan fry the chicken on both sides for 3 minutes or until cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add 4 tbs of butter along with the remaining flour mixture. Stir for about 1 minute.
- Add in heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer until thickened.
- Add in cooked pasta along with 1⁄2 c of pasta water.
- Plate, add the chicken back on top and garnish with parsley.
