Ingredients

    • 2 boxes of Tony Chachere’s Red Beans and Rice
    • 1-2 lbs smoked sausage
    • 2 stalks celery
    • 1 bell pepper
    • 1 yellow onion
    • 4 tbsp butter
  • Clear

Directions

  1. Slice sausage and dice veggies.
  2. Add butter, sausage, and veggies to a skillet and cook over medium heat until sausage is browned and veggies are softened.
  3. Add in boxes of Tony Chachere’s red beans and rice. Add in water according to box.
  4. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
