Tony’s Crawfish Casserole

This classic Cajun dish is prefect for crawfish lovers. A mix of bell pepper, rice, onion, garlic, crawfish, and Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning. It is delicious when served with your favorite green vegetables and french bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Crawfish

  • 4 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 4 Tablespoons Margarine

  • 1 Cup Celery, Chopped

  • 1/3 Cup Bell Pepper, Chopped

  • 3 Whole Garlic, Minced

  • 1/2 Cup Green Onion, Chopped

  • 2 Cups Onions, Chopped

  • 3 Slices White Bread

  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 2 Cups Steamed Rice

  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Season crawfish with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning.
  2. Melt margarine in an aluminum Dutch oven and sauté crawfish for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove crawfish.
  4. Add all vegetables and sauté for 10 minutes.
  5. Add all other ingredients, except bread crumbs.
  6. Place in casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
  7. Cover with bread crumbs and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
