Tony’s Chicken Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 stick melted butter

  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken, shredded

  • 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables

  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 box of biscuit mix

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 teaspoon Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a 9×13 dish, pour melted butter followed by shredded chicken and vegetables. Do not mix.
  3. Sprinkle Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning and Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning over the top of chicken and vegetables.
  4. Combine cheese, milk, and biscuit mix in a bowl. Stir to combine. Pour over chicken. Do not mix.
  5. Whisk together chicken broth and cream of chicken soup. Pour over biscuit mix. Do not mix.
  6. Bake uncovered for 45-55 minutes.
