Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Cooked Chicken, Diced

  • 1 Can New Potatoes, Quartered

  • 2 Cups Fresh Mushrooms, Chopped

  • 4 Cups Cold Water

  • Tony’s Creole Gumbo Base Mix

  • 2 Tablespoons Green Onions, Chopped

  • Clear

Directions

  1. In a large pot, combine the first five ingredients.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat.
  5. Cover.
  6. Simmer for 25 minutes.
  7. Stir occasionally.
  8. Add green onions.
  9. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
