Kitchen Tip : Sweet Heat Watermelon Salad


  • 1 Small Watermelon, Cut into Chunks

  • 1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar

  • 1/4 Cup Local Honey

  • 1 Teaspoon Tony’s Supreme Creole Crab Boil

  • 1 Cup Fresh Mint

  • 1 Cup Fresh Cilantro

  • Half a Red Onion, Sliced Thin

  • Zest of One Lime

  • Juice of One Lime

  • Clear


  1. Cut your watermelon into chunks and arrange on a platter.
  2. Drizzle with rice wine vinegar and honey.
  3. Sprinkle on the Tony’s Supreme Creole Crab Boil.
  4. Top with mint, cilantro and red onion.
  5. Zest your lime, then slice in half and squeeze the juice on top.
  6. For extra flavor, you can let the melon sit to absorb for 10-15 minutes before enjoying!
