1 lb cooked orzo pasta

1 package bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 cups roasted corn

1 avocado, cubed

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 cup cherry tomatos, sliced

Ingredients for dressing:

1/2 cup neutral oil
-
1 tbsp honey
-
1.5 tbsp dijon mustard

Juice of one lemon

1 garlic clove, grated

Directions
- combine ingredients for dressing and set aside.
- Combine all salad ingredients. Toss in dressing and serve! Enjoy!
