For the Kebabs:

2 lbs ground beef

1 yellow onion
-
2 Roma tomatoes
-
1 red bell pepper
-
4 green onions
-
1/2 lb block of cheddar cheese

6-8 burrito-sized tortillas

For the Sauce:
-
3/4 cup mayo
-
2 tablespoons honey mustard
-
2 tablespoons Tony Chachere’s 30-Minute Steakhouse Marinade
-
1/2 teaspoon Tony Chachere’s Spice N’ Herb Seasoning

Directions
- Place ground beef and 1/4 cup of steakhouse marinade in a mixing bowl.
- Dice onion, tomatoes, bell pepper, and the white ends of green onions. Add to bowl. Finely dice or shred cheddar cheese and add to the bowl. Mix everything with your hands.
- Place tortillas on a cutting board and cut off edges to make a square.
- Place some of the meat mixture on one tortilla. Press the meat mixture into the tortilla until the entire tortilla is covered. Repeat process on other tortillas until you run out of meat. Stack all the tortillas on top of each other and cut into 4 even strips. Place on their sides and stack them into each other so it forms one big square or rectangle. Place kabob skewers through them and then cut into 4 more even strips. You should have 4 big kabobs now.
- Combine sauce ingredients and place in fridge.
- Heat grill to medium-medium high heat.
- Place kabobs on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove from the grill. Drizzle with sauce and garnish with sliced green onions. Enjoy!
