Ingredients

  • Chicken Seasoning Ingredients 

  • 2 chicken breast (cut into nugget size pieces)

  • 1 tbsp Tony’s More Spice

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/3 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 tbsp hot sauce

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • Flour Seasoning Ingredients 

  • 2 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Tony’s More Spice

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/3 tsp cayenne pepper

  • Yolk Mixture Ingredients 

  • 12 large eggs

  • 1/3 cup Mayo

  • 1 spoonful Relish

  • 2 tsp yellow mustard

  • 1/8 tsp Tony’s More Spice

  • 1/8 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/8 tsp onion powder

  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1/8 tsp parsley

  • pinch of sugar

  • Cornbread Mixture

  • 1 box Jiffy Cornbread

  • 1/4 cup buttermilk

  • 1/8 tsp Tony’s More Spice

  • 1 egg

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Clean your Chicken Breast and cut into nugget-sized pieces.
  2. Add chicken breast into a medium mixing bowl and add Garlic and Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, and Cayenne Pepper. 
  3. Rub the seasonings on the Chicken breast until well combined. 
  4. Once combined add Hot sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, and buttermilk- give it a good stir and place lid over bowl, and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. While your chicken is marinating, create your Flour seasoning and individually dip the Chicken Breast into the Flour mixture until coated. 
  6. Let your Chicken rest for 2-3 minutes. 
  7. Next, you’re going to add your oil to a medium pot and gently place 1-2 chicken breasts – allow to cook for 2-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. For your fried egg, get your boiled egg and cut It in half, place the egg yolk in a separate bowl. Add Mayo, Mustard, Relish, Tony Chachere’s, Garlic and Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, and a pinch of sugar. 
  9. Use a fork to mash until smooth.
  10. Get the boiled egg white, coat it in Cornbread mixture, and fry until golden brown.
  11. Assemble the fried egg and yolk mixture, and top with fried chicken. Enjoy!
