  • 1/2 of a yellow onion

  • 10 cloves of garlic, smashed

  • 1 rosemary sprig

  • 2 Tbsp Cajun honey rub

  • 1 Tbsp Tony Chachere’s More Spice Seasoning

  • 2 cups turkey broth

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Cut off the turkey wing tips and then cut at the joint to separate the drum from the flat.
  2. Inject marinade, season, and then place onto the smoker for 2 hours at 250°F.
  3. In a braising pot, add all the braising ingredients, then place the turkey wings on top. Cover the pot and then place it back into the smoker and set it at 350°F for 1 hour. Or you can put it on the stove top, bring it to a boil, and then put it on low heat for 1 hour.
