Ingredients

5 Pounds 80/20 Ground Beef
-
Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning, to Taste
-
20 Slices American Cheese
-
10 Burger Buns
-
Bacon Jam
-
Fried French Onions, for Topping
- Clear
Directions
- Preheat skillet, flat top griddle, or grill to medium-high heat.
- While preheating, take ground beef and form 20 balls (if using grill, form 20 thin patties).
- Once balls are formed, generously season the top with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning.
- Place balls on skillet or griddle top. Using a grill press or spatula, press down on balls until patties are formed. Cook patties 3-4 minutes per side.
- Flip patties and season with more Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning.
- After a couple minutes of cooking, place one slice of American Cheese on patty and cook for a couple more minutes.
- While burgers are cooking, toast buns and spread bacon jam on bottom bun.
- Place two patties on bottom bun and top with fried French onions or any other condiments you like. Enjoy!
