Ingredients

  • Shrimp Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Tiger Shrimp

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp Tony Chachere’s 

  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder 

  • 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika 

  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

  • Fried Rice Ingredients:

  • 1 16oz White Rice

  • 1 bag Frozen Cooked Peeled & Deveined, Crawfish Tail 

  • 1 8oz Lump Crab Meat

  • 1 Chopped Red Onion

  • 1 Chopped Yellow Pepper 

  • 1 Chopped Orange Pepper

  • 1 Chopped Red Pepper

  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic

  • 1 Chopped Green Onion

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley 

  • 1 tbsp Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 1 tsp  Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika 

  • a pinch of Cayenne Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil

  • Clear

Directions

Shrimp Directions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl add Shrimp, drizzle on Olive Oil and seasonings. Rub in until combined.
  2. Turn burner to Medium Heat, add a large drizzle of Olive Oil to sauté pan and once oil is hot, add Shrimp. Cook for about 1 minute on each side.

Fried Rice Directions:

  1. With burner set to Medium Heat, add chopped Red, Yellow, and Orange Peppers, Red Onions and Minced Garlic to cooking pot and cook for approximately 3-4min or until the Garlic is fragrant.
  2. Add 1/2tbsp Tony Chachere’s, Crawfish, Lump Crab Meat, crawfish, Garlic & Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Parsley, Sesame Oil, White Rice, and Green Onions. Stir until well combined and heated through.
  3. Top with shrimp and enjoy!
