  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1 Large Onion, Sliced

  • 1 Large Red Bell Pepper, Sliced

  • 1/2 Cup Button Mushrooms, Sliced

  • 1/2 Cup Tony’s Creole-Style French Salad Dressing

  • Your Favorite Linked Smoked Sausage

  • Provolone Cheese

  • Sweet Hoagie Rolls

  • Clear


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil and sauté onion, pepper and mushrooms until browned.
  3. Add Tony’s French Dressing and stir until well combined and bubbly.
  4. Slice sausage in half lengthwise and sear in a hot skillet. On a baking sheet, assemble rolls with cheese, sausage and top with vegetable mixture.
  5. Warm through until cheese is melted and buns are warmed.
