Ingredients

6 Jalapeños cut in halves and remove seeds

1 block of cream cheese

Shredded Colby jack cheese

1/2 lb Salmon

Directions
- Cross hatch some cuts into your cream cheese for more smoke penetration then season cream cheese and salmon with Cajun seasoning.
- Place in a preheated smoker set at 225F for about 30-40min
- When done remove then let cool for 10min.
- Bump smoker temperature to 300F
- Add cream cheese into a large mixing bowl, add in shredded cheese, and mix well.
- Add mixture into each half of a jalapeño then lightly season with more Cajun seasoning.
- Place into the smoker for 15-20min
- Remove then let cool for 5min before serving.
