Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef

  • 1 Pound Smoked Sausage

  • 1 Head Cabbage

  • 1 Cup Onions, Chopped

  • 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes

  • 1 Cup Bell Pepper, Chopped

  • 1/2 Cup Water

  • 1/2 Cup Rice

  • 3 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a rice steamer coated with cooking spray.
  2. Cook and allow to continue steaming 20 minutes after the cook button goes off.
