Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Ounces Bourbon

  • 3/4 Ounces Turbinado Syrup

  • 1/2 Ounce Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 Ounce Tony’s More Spice Tincture (Recipe Below)

  • 3 Dashes Worcestershire

  • Clear

Directions

Making the More Spice Tincture:

  1. Combine 2 ounces of over-proof neutral grain spirit and 1 teaspoon of Tony’s More Spice Seasoning.
  2. Shake until dissolved.
  3. Refrigerate after use.

Making the Old Pepper:

  1. Combine all ingredients and shake well.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Garnish as desired and serve.
