Ingredients

3lb Peeled & Cleaned Large Shrimp

2 tbsp Yellow mustard
-
1 tbsp Wsauce
-
10 mini Po’Boy rolls
-
3 Large Tomatoes “Sliced thin”
-
Shredded Lettuce
-
1/2 Stick Garlic & Herb Butter
-
1/3 cup Honey
-
1 1/2 cups Buffalo Sauce
-
1 box of Tony Chachere’s Fish Fry Mix
-
2 tbsp Tony’s Bold Seasoning
-
5 cups of cooking oil. “peanut”

Directions
- Start by placing your cleaned shrimp in a large bowl, Followed by adding your yellow mustard & WSauce. Using your hand to give the shrimp a good mix until they are all coated.
- Next we will go ahead and season the shrimp with our Tonys Bold Seasoning followed by another quick mix. Once our shrimp are well seasoned we will now toss them around in our Tonys Fish fry mix until they are all coated. “Use your fingers and kinda really pack that batter on to your shrimp to maximize the crunchiness.
- Set the shrimp to the side and begin getting your cooking oil heated up to 375 degrees. Once your oil is up to temp you want to begin slowly adding your shrimp into the oil “be careful to not over crowd the pot”. Allow your shrimp to fry for 3 mins and remove to a drying rack. While the shrimp are cooling down we will now begin to work on our Honey Buffalo sauce.
- On low-med heat we will start by dropping our butter into a sauce pan. Once the butter is about half way melted down pour in your buffalo sauce and honey. Give everything a good mix and let it simmer for 2 mins and turn off stove.
- Add your Crispy fried shrimp in the pan to get them tossed around in the sauce.
- Once your shrimp is covered in that delicious honey buffalo sauce it’s time to build our po’boys. Add mayo followed by some shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes to sandwiches.
- Add honey buffalo shrimp. Enjoy!
