Kitchen Tip : Mardi Gras King Cake Cream Liqueur - BOLD Creole Seasoning Simple Syrup
Ingredients

1/2 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Filtered Water
-
1 Teaspoon Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning
-
2 Cups Heavy Cream
-
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
-
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
-
1 1/4 Cups Dark Rum
-
1/4 cup Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning Simple Syrup
-
2 Cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Clear
Directions
- Make he Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning Simple Syrup by mixing 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup filtered water and 1 teaspoon Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning in a sauce pan and bring to a low boil. Simmer until the sugar and seasoning is dissolved.
- Place heavy cream, cinnamon, vanilla, dark rum, Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning Simple Syrup and condensed milk in a blender. Blend until mixed. Do not over blend or it will become thick like whipped cream.
- Store mixture in a bottle that makes it easy to pour. (It will keep up to 2 weeks.)
- Rim glasses with purple, green and yellow sanding sugar and then pour in liqueur halfway up.
- Enjoy!
