Ingredients

Tony Chachere’s Chili Seasoning Mix (Original or Mild)

2 Pounds Ground Beef

2 Cups Water
-
2 14-ounce Cans Diced Tomatoes
-
1 Cup Onion
-
1 Cup Red Pepper
-
2 Cloves Garlic
-
1/2 Pound Velveeta
-
1 10-ounce Can Ro-Tel Tomatoes
-
1 8-ounce Bag Zapp’s Voodoo Chips
-
Pickled Okra
-
Green Onions
- Clear
Directions
- In a large pot, brown meat and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onion, red pepper and garlic.
- Combine Tony’s Chili Seasoning Mix (Original or Mild) packet, 2 cans of diced tomatoes, meat and vegetables in the pot.
- Bring to a boil and then reduce heat, letting it simmer for 20 minutes. Stir
- Combine the Velveeta and Ro-Tel into a saucepan and allow to melt until smooth.
- Slice open the front of the Zapp’s Voodoo Chips bag and peel open, top the chips with chili and then cheese sauce.
- Garnish with pickled okra and green onions. Enjoy!
