Get Recipe1 cup Tony Chachere’s Supreme Crab
Boil
1/4 cup Tony Chachere’s No Salt
1 whole bottle of Louisiana Hot Sauce
1/2 lb garlic cloves
2 jalapeƱos
2 shallots
2 lemons
4 corn on the cob cut in quarters
1 bag of small red potatoes
8oz stick of butter
2 packs of andouille sausage cut into 1 inch pieces
3 lbs of king crab
3 lbs of crawfish
1. To a large pit bring 5 gallons of water to a boil
2. Add in crawfish boil seasoning then all other ingredients except for crab and crawfish
3. Boil with lid on for 10-15 min to blend all ingredients
4. Add in crab and crawfish let boil for 5 min.
5. Turn off the heat and let sit with the lid off for 20 min to soak
6. Serve and enjoy
