Jalapeno Cheddar Cajun Shrimp Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2lb Ground Beef

  • 2 Fresh Jalapeños “diced”

  • 16 large shrimp

  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 bottle of Tony’s Burger Marinade

  • 3 tsp Tony’s No Salt seasoning

  • 1 cup of queso cheese sauce

  • 8 burger buns

  • 8 slices of mild cheddar cheese

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, and Tony’s Burger Marinade to a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to combine well.
  2. Add diced jalapeños and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix again to combine.
  3. Make 8 equally size 1/4 pound patties and set aside.
  4. Heat grill to 250 degrees. Place each patty on the grill. Allow to cook for 20 mins or to an internal temperature of 160 degrees, flipping halfway through.
  5. Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese, allow to melt. Then remove from grill.
  6. While the cheese is melting on your burgers, generously season shrimp with Tony’s No Salt seasoning and lay shrimp on grill. Allow to cook for 3 mins.
  7. Remove burgers and shrimp from grill.
  8. To build your burger, start with a nice layer of queso cheese on bottom bun, add burger patty, then add two shrimp on top of each patty. Enjoy!
