Jalapeño Bacon Ranch Smashburger

These decadent Jalapeño Bacon Ranch Smashburgers by Firehouse Grub  are extremely delicious and super easy to make on your flat top grill. You won’t want to make burgers any other way once you try this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef

  • 1 poblano pepper

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 white onion

  • brioche buns

  • cheddar jack cheese slices

  • Tony Chachere’s More Spice Seasoning

  • Bacon

  • Jalapeño Ranch Ingredients 

  • Tony Chachere’s Creole-Style Ranch Salad Dressing

  • 1/2 cup jalapeño

  • juice from 1/2 lime

  • 1/4 cup cilantro

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Slice all veggies into strips. Form 1/3 lb pattie balls. Heat skillet or flat top to medium heat.
  2. Cook all veggies (except for jalapeño) until done to liking. Cook bacon until browned.
  3. While veggies and bacon cook, make jalapeño ranch. Combine ranch dressing, jalapeño, lime juice, and cilantro into blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Once veggies and bacon are done set to the side. Turn skillet up to medium high heat.
  5. Place patty balls onto skillet or flat top and smash using a grill press or spatula. Cook 2-3 minutes then flip.
  6. Top with cheese and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Once burgers are done toast buns. Pile buns with patties, veggies, and jalapeño ranch.
  8. Enjoy!
