Ingredients

2 cups flour

1/4 cup corn starch

Tony’s BOLD Creole seasoning

2 cups buttermilk
-
1/4 cup pickle juice
-
2 eggs
-
1/2 cup honey
-
1 pound chicken breast

Directions
- Start off by making the marinade by combining buttermilk, pickle juice, 1 tablespoon of Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning, and 2 eggs in a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
- Cube chicken into 2-3” cubes. Place in marinade and let sit in refrigerator for a few hours if possible.
- To make the breading, add flour, cornstarch, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of Tony BOLD Creole Seasoning to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
- Remove chicken from marinade and coat in breading. Fry over medium-medium high heat for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- Add honey to a skillet with 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Add 1 tablespoon of Tony BOLD Creole Seasoning. Stir to combine. Continue to cook and stir for another minute or so. Add chicken to honey sauce. Toss until chicken is coated.
- Assemble sliders using rolls of choice and place some pickles on each (optional).
