1 medium sweet onion
2 eggs
½ cup heavy cream
1 Tbsp Tony’s Creole Style Butter Injectable Marinade
1 Tbsp Tony’s 30-Minute Steakhouse Marinade
2 tsp Tony’s Lite Creole Seasoning
3 Tbsp stoneground mustard
3 Tbsp brown sugar
For The Brown Tomato Gravy:
3 medium tomatoes, diced
2 ½ Tbsp Tony’s Instant Brown Gravy Mix
1 cup stock of choice (or water)
