Ingredients

1 Pound Salmon Filets
-
4 Tablespoons Butter
-
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
-
Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning, to Taste
-
2 Pinches Fresh Dill for Garnish

Olive Oil

Directions
- Let the butter sit out for 20 minutes, or until slightly softened.
- Lightly coat salmon on both sides in olive oil and season the filets with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning.
- Place softened butter into a bowl and pour in the Italian seasoning. Mix together with a fork or a hand mixer on low speed until well combined.
- If using a stovetop grill sheet, place it over the stove burner(s) over medium-high heat and brush with olive oil. If using a cast iron skillet, pour in 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Once heated, place salmon skin side down and let it cook undisturbed for 3-5 minutes. Turn them over and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Turn heat to low and add a spoonful, or more, of butter mixture onto each filet. When butter is almost completely melted, brush the remaining butter all over the salmon.
- Remove salmon from heat, garnish with fresh dill, serve and enjoy!
