Ingredients

4 Jalapeños

1 Pound Bacon
-
1 Pound Sausage
-
1 Block Cream Cheese
-
4 Cups Cheddar Cheese
-
24 Ounces Large Elbow Macaroni Noodles

5 Cups Milk
-
5 Tablespoons Flour
-
Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning, to Taste
-
3 Eggs, Beaten
-
2 Cups Flour (for Coating Macaroni Balls)

1 Box Ritz Crackers

Directions
- Boil water for macaroni.
- Preheat skillet to medium-high heat.
- Gut and dice jalapeños. Dice bacon and sausage.
- Add diced jalapeños, sausage and bacon to skillet.
- Once water is boiling, cook macaroni noodles.
- Once bacon, sausage and jalapeños are cooked, reduce heat to medium and add flour 1 tablespoon at a time and whisk.
- Once flour is browned whisk in milk. Simmer and whisk until thick.
- Drain noodles once finished.
- Add cheeses to skillet and melt.
- Add pasta to cheese mixture and season to taste with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning.
- Let macaroni cool.
- Once cooled, form macaroni into balls.
- Coat macaroni balls in flour, dredge in eggs, then coat in crushed up Ritz Crackers.
- Fry until golden brown.
