Ingredients

  • 2 Ounces Sugar

  • 2 Ounces Water

  • 1 Ounce Tony’s More Spice Seasoning

  • 1 Bar Spoon Cider Vinegar

  • 1 Bar Spoon Lemon Juice

  • 2 Ounces Gin or Vodka

  • 1 Ounce Cajun Syrup

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Make the Cajun Syrup by mixing together the sugar, water, Tony’s More Spice Seasoning, cider vinegar and lemon juice.
  2. Combine the Cajun Syrup with the gin or vodka by shaking or stirring, cold, for 15 seconds.
  3. Serve in a martini glass and garnish with anything pickled.
