Ingredients

Sesame Seed Brioche Buns

1lb 80/20 ground beef

1cup Tony Chachere’s Burger Marinade
-
1/2tsp Tony Chachere’s Original Seasoning
-
Sliced American cheese, one per patty
-
Any additional toppings of choice (lettuce, tomato, pickle, etc.)
- Clear
Directions
- Season Ground Beef with Tony Chachere’s Burger Marinade and Tony Chachere’s Seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Roll 6-8 Ground Beef Patties into balls.
- Using parchment paper, smash patties into a medium pan. Cook patties on medium-high heat, searing burger patties for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drizzle with Tony’s Chachere’s Burger Marinade and place a slice of American Cheese on each patty, allowing the cheese to melt, and remove from the pan.
- Place your choice of toppings and two patties on each brioche bun. Enjoy!
