It’s a street corn with a Creole twist! This Creole Street Corn by Chef Virginia Willis was a huge hit at the St. Augustine Food & Wine Festival and is sure to be a hit with your next backyard BBQ.

Ingredients

  • 4 Corn Cobs, Husks Removed

  • Tony’s Creole-Style Ranch Salad Dressing, to Taste

  • Grated Parmesan Cheese, to Taste

  • Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Take the husks off of the corn cobs.
  3. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, rotating when dark spots appear.
  4. Take corn off the grill and brush with Tony’s Creole-Style Ranch Salad Dressing to taste.
  5. Next, sprinkle grated Parmesan Cheese all over corn, then sprinkle on Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning. Enjoy!
