Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Tony’s Lite Creole Seasoning

  • 1/2 Pound Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined and Chopped into Pieces

  • 1 Cup Whipping Cream

  • 1/4 Cup Onion, Diced

  • 1/4 Cup Bell Pepper, Diced

  • 1/4 Cup Celery, Diced

  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated

  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

  • 1-2 Tablespoons Butter or Ghee

  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Chopped (for Garnish)

  • 1 Teaspoon Tony’s No Salt Seasoning Blend

  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, Grated

  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Flour

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. In a medium sauce pan, heat butter. Add the onions, celery and bell peppers. Sauté for 3-5 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
  3. Stir in the whipping cream and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and stir in the Tony’s Lite Creole Seasoning, lemon juice and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Cook an additional minute.
  5. Add shrimp and cook over medium heat until shrimp are no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Turn off stove.
  6. Divide the mixture into 2-4 ovenproof dishes.
  7. In a small bowl, combine the crust ingredients (Tony’s No Salt Seasoning Blend, almond flour and grated Parmesan cheese). Sprinkle mixture evenly over top of each dish.
  8. Place ovenproof dishes in he oven and bake 10 minutes or until edges bubble and the top starts to brown.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley.
