Kitchen Tip : Creole Seasoned Blackened Redfish
Ingredients

2 Redfish Fillets
-
2 Tablespoons Oil
-
2 Teaspoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning
-
1 Teaspoon Butter
-
1/2 Lemon
- Clear
Directions
- Brush each fillet with oil and sprinkle Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning on each. Tap to set in. Repeat on the other side of the fillets.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add butter to cast iron skillet and place fillets in the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes then flip and put skillet in the oven for 4 minutes.
- Remove from oven and squeeze half a lemon on the fish.
- Ladle your lemon brown butter sauce over fish. Serve with more lemon brown butter and garnish with herbs.
