  • 8 Bacon Strips

  • 2 Splashes Vegetable Oil

  • 2 Teaspoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • Vegetables of You Choice (Such as Spinach & Mushrooms)

  • Clear

Directions

  2. Rub Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning all over the tenderloin and massage it into the beef.
  3. Wrap the tenderloin with bacon strips. Then wrap the bacon wrapped tenderloin tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  4. Remove the tenderloin from the refrigerator and let it sit out no more than an hour to allow it to come to room temperature.
  5. Put 2 splashes of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan and turn the fire up to a medium-high heat.
  6. Sear tenderloin for 1 minute on all sides.
  7. Put tenderloin in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove the tenderloin from the oven and place aside to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  9. Cook your vegetables in the same pan the tenderloin was cooked in so they can absorb the juices from the tenderloin.
  10. Garnish the tenderloin with cooked vegetables and right before you serve, add a few sprinkles of Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning. Enjoy!
