Ingredients

1 1/4 Pounds Beef Tenderloin

8 Bacon Strips

2 Splashes Vegetable Oil
-
2 Teaspoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

Vegetables of You Choice (Such as Spinach & Mushrooms)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Rub Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning all over the tenderloin and massage it into the beef.
- Wrap the tenderloin with bacon strips. Then wrap the bacon wrapped tenderloin tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Remove the tenderloin from the refrigerator and let it sit out no more than an hour to allow it to come to room temperature.
- Put 2 splashes of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan and turn the fire up to a medium-high heat.
- Sear tenderloin for 1 minute on all sides.
- Put tenderloin in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove the tenderloin from the oven and place aside to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Cook your vegetables in the same pan the tenderloin was cooked in so they can absorb the juices from the tenderloin.
- Garnish the tenderloin with cooked vegetables and right before you serve, add a few sprinkles of Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning. Enjoy!
