This is such a creamy and delicious soup you can’t help but want seconds. The Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning along with the onions and parsley give it great flavor! If you like crab meat, you’ll love crab meat soup!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Onions, Chopped

  • 1/4 Cup Margarine

  • 3 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour

  • 1 Quart Milk

  • 1 Can Chicken Broth

  • 1 Pound Lump Crab Meat

  • 2 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 1 Dash Parsley

  • Clear

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, sauté onions in margarine until transparent.
  2. Blend in flour.
  3. Add milk and broth gradually.
  4. Cool until thick, stirring constantly.
  5. Add crab meat and Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning; heat.
  6. Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with parsley.
