Ingredients

  • 6 Mini Cucumbers

  • 45 Cherry Tomatoes 

  • 1 Large Red Onion

  • 1/2 tsp Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 1 cup Italian Dressing

  • 1 bag Boudreaux’s Frozen Cooked Peeled & Deveined Crawfish Tails

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Slice mini cucumbers into 1/4 inch rounds, halve tomatoes, and thinly slice red onion.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, add all the chopped veggies, Tony Chachere’s Original Seasoning, and Italian dressing. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Add crawfish tails and stir again.
  4. Refrigerate for a minimum or 3 hours or until chilled. Enjoy!
