  • 16oz Crab Meat

  • Filling Ingredients:

  • 1 Boiled Egg

  • 1/4 Cup Mayo

  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Orginal Seasoning

  • 2/3 cup Bread Crumbs

  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

  • 1 tbsp Parsley

  • Melted butter – brush for extra flavor

  • Butter Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Tony Chachere’s Original Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp Lemon Pepper

  • 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika

  • 2 tbsp Onion/Garlic Powder

  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder

  • 2 tbsp Chili Flakes

  • 2 tbsp Oregano

  • Clear


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add the filling ingredients and stir until mixture is well combined.
  2. Add Philip’s Claw Crab Meat to mixing bowl and gently fold the crab meat into the filling.
  3. Once combined, place about it 1/3cup in your hand and spread out evenly and place a Boiled Egg on top then place another layer of the Crab Cake mixture on top and use your hand to shape into a ball.
  4. Brush with butter and place in over at 450F for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Butter Sauce.
