Ingredients

16oz Crab Meat
-
Filling Ingredients:

1 Boiled Egg
-
1/4 Cup Mayo
-
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
-
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
-
1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Orginal Seasoning
-
2/3 cup Bread Crumbs
-
1 tsp Lemon Juice
-
1 tbsp Parsley
-
Melted butter – brush for extra flavor
-
Butter Sauce:
-
2 tbsp Tony Chachere’s Original Seasoning
-
2 tbsp Lemon Pepper
-
2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
-
2 tbsp Onion/Garlic Powder
-
2 tbsp Chili Powder
-
2 tbsp Chili Flakes
-
2 tbsp Oregano
- Clear
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the filling ingredients and stir until mixture is well combined.
- Add Philip’s Claw Crab Meat to mixing bowl and gently fold the crab meat into the filling.
- Once combined, place about it 1/3cup in your hand and spread out evenly and place a Boiled Egg on top then place another layer of the Crab Cake mixture on top and use your hand to shape into a ball.
- Brush with butter and place in over at 450F for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Butter Sauce.
