Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Mushrooms, Chopped

  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Tomatoes, Chopped

  • 6 Whole Eggs, Beaten (or Egg Substitute)

  • 1 Can Crab Meat, Drained

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • Clear

Directions

  1. In a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, sauté mushrooms and tomatoes for 2 minutes.
  2. Add eggs, crab meat and seasoning.
  3. Cook until eggs are firm.
  4. Fold as desired on plate and serve.
