1/2 Cup Fresh Mushrooms, Chopped

1/2 Cup Fresh Tomatoes, Chopped

6 Whole Eggs, Beaten (or Egg Substitute)

1 Can Crab Meat, Drained

1/2 Tablespoon Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning
- Clear
Directions
- In a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, sauté mushrooms and tomatoes for 2 minutes.
- Add eggs, crab meat and seasoning.
- Cook until eggs are firm.
- Fold as desired on plate and serve.
