Ingredients

  • Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning to taste

  • Toasted sourdough

  • 1 tablespoon pesto

  • 2 tablespoons warm marinara

  • ¼ cup cottage cheese

  • Pinch of oregano

  • Drizzle of olive oil

  • Sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)

  • 4 ounces prosciutto (optional)

  • Fresh basil
  • Clear

Directions

  1. On freshly toasted bread, spread a layer of pesto and marinara. Top with cottage cheese and season with Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning, oregano, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Add the rest of your ingredients to the top: sun-dried tomatoes, drizzle of the tomato oil, prosciutto, and fresh basil.
