  • 1 lb chicken tenders

  • 1/4 c flour

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 2 tsp Tony Chachere’s Bold Creole Seasoning

  • 5 tbs butter

  • 1 tbs olive oil

  • 2 c heavy cream

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 8 oz cooked pasta noodles

  • parsley for garnish

  • Clear


  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, Tony’s Bold Seasoning and paprika until well combined.
  2. Coat the chicken in the mixture and shake off the excess flour.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbs butter and olive oil.
  4. Pan fry the chicken on both sides for 3 minutes or until cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add 4 tbs of butter along with the remaining flour mixture. Stir for about 1 minute.
  6. Add in heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer until thickened.
  7. Add in cooked pasta along with 1⁄2 c of pasta water.
  8. Plate, add the chicken back on top and garnish with parsley.
