Kitchen Tip : Cheesy Ravioli & Meatball Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning

  • 24 Ounces Frozen Ravioli

  • 16 Ounces Frozen Meatballs

  • 4 Cups Marinara Sauce

  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

  • 1 Cup Water (if Using Instant Pot)

  • Clear

Directions

Using a Slow Cooker:

  1. Add 1 cup of marinara sauce to the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add half of the meatballs (8 ounces) on top of the sauce. Add half of the frozen ravioli (12 ounces) on top of the meatballs. Then cover with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1 tablespoon of Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs.
  3. Add 2 cups of marinara sauce on top of the cheese and seasoning. Then add the remaining meatballs and ravioli. Top with 1 tablespoon of Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning. Pour remaining cup of marinara over it all and top with remaining cup of mozzarella cheese.
  4. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours.

Using an Instant Pot:

  1. Pour water into the base of the pressure cooker.
  2. Add half (8 ounces) of the meatballs, half (12 ounces) of the ravioli and top with 2 cups of marinara sauce. Sprinkle on 1 tablespoon of Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining meatballs and then ravioli. Top with the remaining 2 cups of marinara sauce. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning on top.
  4. Do NOT stir.
  5. Close & seal vent. Select high pressure and set time for 5 minutes. When cooking time is complete, quick release the pressure.
  6. Finally, stir in the 2 cups of mozzarella cheese.
