Ingredients

2 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

1 Tablespoon Butter
-
3-4 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
-
1 Cup Half-and-Half (or Milk for a Lighter Version)
-
3/4 Cup Mozzarella, Shredded
-
Hot Sauce, to Taste (Tony’s Pepper Sauce)
-
1-2 Slices American Cheese
-
2 Packages Ramen Noodles, Cooked

Chives for Garnish

Directions
- Heat butter in a nonstick saucepan over medium-low heat. Once melted, add in 1 tablespoon of Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning and all of your chopped garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes.
- Add in your half-and-half and shredded mozzarella. Stir until melted. Add in your American cheese and hot sauce (Tony’s Pepper Sauce). Stir again until fully combined.
- Add in your cooked ramen and remaining tablespoon of Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning. Stir until noodles are fully coated.
- Garnish with chives and enjoy!
